We offer 100% Cotton Yarns, 100% Polyester and blends with Acrylic, Viscose and other fibers, in Raw White, Melange and Dyed. Our Fabric range, including Greige, Dyed, and Yarn Dyed Finished, mirrors the pace of client demand.

Trading of Textile Fibres and Yarns
Our promotors began their journey with trading Cotton, Cotton Yarn and synthetic yarns in 1993.
2000
Job Spinning of Synthetic Yarns
Started running a 25 year old 25,000 spindle spinning mill in Himachal, the first venture of the group.
2007
Siddharth Super Spinning Mills
Took over Siddharth Super Spinning Mills through the BIFR route.
2010
Shreedhar Cotsyn Private Limited
Established Shreedhar Cotsyn Private Limited as an international trading house.
2014
SRM Spinners Private Limited, Bhilwara
Established SRM Spinners, a spinning mill with 18,144 spindles in Bhilwara.
2016
Shri Nagani Silk Mills Private Limited, Silvassa
Established Shri Nagani Silk Mills, a spinning mill with 19,200 in Silvassa.
2021
Himtext Private Limited, Una
Established Himtex, a spinning mill with 13,200 in Una.

Shreedhar Spinners Private Limited, Amravati
